Please note the following rules and restrictions before purchasing your tickets:

  • Riders must be at least 42 inches tall and be able to ride in their own tube.
  • Only one person is allowed per tube. Children must be able to ride in their own tube, they are not allowed to be accompanied in the tube with an adult.
  • No joining tubes together.
  • No laying on your stomach.
  • No loose scarves, clothing, or shoe laces.
  • Follow attendants' instructions at all times.
  • BE SAFE AND HAVE FUN!

A waiver must be filled out for each participant (children and adults). Anyone under 18 must have a waiver signed by parent/guardian. Click here to print out and sign your waiver ahead of time. Bring your printed and filled out waiver on the day of your reservation to save time at check-in.

If you have any questions, please call our customer service department at 413-528-1262. There are no refunds on tickets - but if you need to reschedule, please call by 4pm the day before your scheduled session.
