A waiver must be filled out for each participant (children and adults). Anyone under 18 must have a waiver signed by parent/guardian. Click here to print out and sign your waiver ahead of time. Bring your printed and filled out waiver along with a copy of this confirmation email on the day of your reservation to save time at check-in.
Please note that sessions have limited capacity, so we recommend purchasing tickets online for everyone in your party who will be tubing. If you bring additional people - they may be turned away if the session is at capacity.
The Tubing Park is located on the far right of the ski resort - with its own entrance. If you are driving on Route 23 eastbound, please pull in the first Catamount entrance - the Tubing Park will be labeled. If you are traveling westbound, please pull in the second entrance that is labeled Tubing Park.
If you have any questions, please call our customer service department at 413-528-1262. There are no refunds on tickets - but if you need to reschedule, please call by 4pm the day before your scheduled session.
